Green building certification
- We provide complete facilitation services for Green Building Certification including LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, GEM, EDGE, WELL, etc.
- We have a strong expertise in Green Building Certification with experience of working for more than Sixty buildings across India for Green Certification of LEED, IGBC and GRIHA rating systems.
- Our role includes Environmental analysis using computational tools, Energy simulation, daylighting, artificial lighting for Green Building Design, documentation using reporting tools for green building certification.
- We provide recommendations and complete documentation of the projects for sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy efficiency, sustainable materials, indoor environmental quality.
- Our work includes Green feasibility studies, design recommendations for sustainable buildings, checking the design documents and drawings made by design team for inclusion of green building parameters, site visits for coordination meetings and Green compliance verification.
Environmental Consultancy
- Environmental Analysis wrt sun, wind, light– We provide environmental analysis using simulation softwares for efficient design of Green buildings including Climate & micro-climate analysis, Sun path, Shadow Analysis, Shading analysis, Daylighting Analysis, Artificial Lighting Analysis, Energy Analysis. radiation analysis. We use eQuest, Design Builder, Rhino with Grasshopper, Ladybug, etc softwares to analyze the design and provide recommendations. We work with Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers to help them take calculated design decisions based on our environmental analysis.
- Green Building Simulations – We conduct energy simulation for ASHRAE, ECBC compliance and daylight analysis, artificial lighting analysis using software simulations as per Green Building guidelines for LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, GEM Ratings, ECBC Compliance.
- High Performance Built Environment – We provide consultancy services for High Performance Built Environment and Net Zero Buildings with our expertise in Energy efficiency and Sustainability We provide embodied & operational carbon reduction and management solutions.
Local Code Compliance Services
- Energy Conservation Building Code, conceived by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, is a mandatory code provision establishing minimum standards for the energy-efficient design and construction of commercial buildings with a connected load >100kW or >120kVA
- Eco Niwas Samhita, conceived by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, is a mandatory code provision establishing minimum standards for the energy-efficient design and construction of residential buildings with a Residential buildings built on a plot area5 of ≥ 500 m2 and Residential part of Mixed land-use building projects6, built on a plot area of ≥ 500 m2.
- With expertise in ECBC and ENS compliance, we assist builders & contractors to comply with ECBC & ENS requirements, offering design solutions, energy & daylight simulation services and site verification during construction phase to ensure compliance.
Sustainable Architecture and Interiors
- Design of sustainable built environment – we provide design services for sustainable and green buildings. We design focusing on climate responsiveness, green design principles, sustainability, embodied carbon, sustainable materials and advanced construction technologies. We inculcate passive design as the first step towards sustainable design, applying learning from local vernacular to new buildings. We work with computer-based building energy simulation and environmental analysis to make design decisions
- Design and execution for green interiors – we provide completion design solutions and execution for green interior projects. Our work focuses on the intricate nuances of making interior spaces greener and energy efficient using daylighting, ventilation, green materials, creative designs and efficient space planning
- Consultancy services for green buildings and interiors – We work for new buildings by providing green design solutions to execution verification and recommendations to achieve green building goals set up by the project team. We work for existing buildings projects by conducting green audits, energy audits, water audits, waste audit to provide retrofit recommendations and support in execution. We provide consultancy services to Building Owners, Architects, Designers, Engineers, Project management consultants, Contractors, Manufacturers to achieve green building design and execution. Our work is based on Integrative Process to include design analysis, document checks for green features, design recommendations, design charettes, contractor education workshops, site meeting and coordination, site verification and support throughout the construction phase of green buildings. We work with computer-based building energy simulation and environmental analysis to help designers make design decisions.
Green Trainings
Capacity Building Workshops – Being one of the 122 nos. of BEE Certified ECBC Master Trainers in India, our founder Ar Neha Vyas has been delivering online and offline trainings on Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) for commercial buildings, Eco Niwas Samhita (ENS) code for energy efficient residential buildings across various states and union territories in India. She has delivered about thirty trainings and trained 1000+ professionals for Energy efficient building design in the last six years.
