Enverte Consultancy is the Green Building Consultant appointed by Ardra Green Design Studio for the project.

The project is going for IGBC Green New Buildings Precertification and Final Certification.

 

Scope of Work– Green features report for marketing based on IGBC, ECBC, and Environmental Analysis Studies done by Architects and Consultants

Enverte Consultancy partnered with Smarter Dharma for this project to create the Green Marketing & Sustainability Content for the project, helping the developers marketing team for showcasing the green features of the project.

Enverte Consultancy prepared the green data warehousing report. Our role is to analyze the documents prepared by the project consultants and filter out the marketable Green Features for the understanding of the prospective buyers.

Scope of Work– Feasibility Study for IGBC Green Service Buildings Rating

Location – Mira Road

Site Area - 6612 sq.m.

No. of buildings – Two i.e. Meditation Center and Stupa

Built-up Area– 1150 Sq.m (Meditation Center– 1,000 sq.m, Stupa – 150 sq.m)

No. of floors – Meditation Center – G+1, Stupa - Ground

No. of parking spaces provided – 46 cars, 17 two wheelers

RG area – 2830 sq.m with 55 nos. of trees

The Project – Meditation Centre is located at Mira Road (Maharashtra) that is being developed by Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation.

Enverte Consultancy partnered with AS Designs, Mumbai to conduct the IGBC Green Service Buildings Feasibility Study for this project and the project was evaluated under IGBC Green Service Buildings rating system. As part of the study, ASD had detailed discussions with the project team consisting Architects , 5 Elements Design Cell,  with an objective of educating the project team about  IGBC/ green building requirements and understanding the building design to assess the achievable IGBC rating for this project.

The current project design combined with some extra efforts, shall enable the Community Center project to achieve Silver Level of IGBC Green Service Buildings rating with 40 achievable points.

Proposed case energy consumption - 174936 kWh

Total savings (%) – 23.54%

Points achieved – 5 points

The project is 14,340 sq.ft of electric substation building. The overall WWR of the building is about 19.57%. The building faces north and is also the direction of the longer façade. The building envelope accounts for maximum amount of heat into the building. This project secured 23.54% saving over ECBC 2017 baseline due to its efficient lighting and onsite Solar PV. The project is under construction and will be applying for IGBC Service Buildings Certification.

The project is a 494839 sq. ft core and shell building containing office spaces. The overall WWR of the building is about 50.61%. The building faces north and is also the direction of the longer façade. The extensive glazing accounts for the maximum amount of heat in the building.

This project secured 16.90% savings over ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline due to its efficient HVAC, lighting, envelope design, and onsite Solar PV. The project has achieved IGBC NB Pre-certification.

The building has 3B + G + 16 floors which contains offices, retail, service apartments. The overall WWR of the building is about 23%. The building facing northwest and is also the direction of the longer façade. The orientation and windows account for maximum amount of heat into the building. The building has achieved energy efficiency with efficient HVAC, lighting system and onsite Solar PV.

This project secured EPI ratio of 0.98 and meets the ECBC requirement of EPI ratio of less than or equal to 1.
